Kinesis Wall—over 400 separate movements possible & over 250 exercises to choose from
Cardio equipment featuring tv’s, ipod hook-ups & virtual reality bikes
Cardio + strength equipment that is adaptable for disabled users and injury rehabilitation
Mandatory Youth Orientation 13+ yrs
All youth must participate in a Fitness Centre Orientation prior to use (members and drop-ins). Friday nights 7:30pm, 8pm + 8:30pm
Personal Gym Orientation 17+ yrs
Our Fitness/Wellness staff will be happy to introduce you to all the new equipment. Please sign up at the Fitness Desk. Friday nights 7:30pm, 8pm + 8:30pm
A workout towel, proper attired and athletic footwear are required.
In addition to having a certified Trainer on the floor at all times, many personal fitness programs and services are available.
