Drop-in Aqua Fitness
Adult Stroke + Fitness (previously referred to as the Y Masters Program)
This challenging but non-competitive swim workout program welcomes everyone from beginners to experts. Work with H2O's swim coach, Scott Fellhauer, who will lead you through training sessions geared toward your personal skill level and experience. This drop-in program does not require pre-registration. Must be able to swim 50 mentre comfortably.
Aqua Combo
A mix of shallow and deep water exercises designed to give you a full body cardio and strength workout with minimal impact.
Aqua Cycle
Attention: runners, cyclists, triathletes and more - this deep water no-impact class offers a great core workout that is easy on the joints.
Aqua Lite
Improve your range of motion, balance and coordination during this shallow water workout. Ideal for those just getting started.
Aquafit Power
This high intensity class will use the resistance of water to strengthen your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Aqua Therapy
Aqua Therapy will benefit men + women who would like to use the water to strengthen injured muscles or exercise for people with a long term disability or those wanting to build strength before or after surgery.
Deepwater Aquafit
Increase cardio, core strength and endurance in this no-impact class held in deep water. An exceptional workout for your abdominal and back muscles.
H2O Jungle Ball 16+yrs
The H2O lifeguard team wants you! Join our recreational water polo group, have fun, enjoy practices and mini competitions.
Triathlon Swim Training 18+yrs
Swim training specifically for triathletes. Session swill focus on skill development and efficiency in order to reduce drag and improve endurance and speed. Taught in a progressive format, individuals will be monitored and assessed in order to determine training intensity.

H2O Boot Camp
Get down and give us 60 minutes of fun! Working through basic boot camp exercises, you'll increase agility, balance and stability with a variety of equipment and exercises that concentrate on the lower back, abdominal and gluteus muscles.
Keenfit Pole Walking
“Walk your path” with Keenfit Pole Walking and join in a walking revolution! Find balance, become inspired and empowered all while increasing cardio and strengthening core muscles. Kinesis Training (Kinesis Experience, Foundation, Emerge, for Golfers)
Users of all abilities and backgrounds can receive positive benefits from Kinesis. Prenatal Wellness

Thrive Yoga
Therapeutic Yoga for Cancer Survivors
Dr. Nivole Culos-Reed is funded to research the benefits of physical activity for cancer survivors. In 2002, Dr. Culos-Reed teamed up with Susi Hately-Aldous to create a 7-week therapeutic yoga program and examine the potential physical and psychological benefits for survivors off treatment. With the success and positive findings of initial research, in 2007/2008 five new teachers were trained to expand the program in the Calgary area, and the program was opened up to include survivors on and off treatment, as well as support persons. Feedback from participants would suggest thtat the program has been highly beneficial for helping to minimize or improve treatment-related side effects, improve overall quality of life, and increase confidence for engaging in an active lifestyle. Endorsed by University of Calgary - Department of Kinesiology and offered in partnership with the YMCA-YWCA of the Central Okanagan and Kelowna Yoga Thereapy.
