Aquatic Fitness

Aqua Bootcamp

Get a killer total body workout in this shallow water, circuit-style, high intensity class!

Aqua Combo

A mix of shallow and deep water exercises in the wave pool and river run area designed to give you a full body cardio and strength workout with minimal impact. Ideal for those just getting started.

Aqua Therapy Public Drop-in: $6.25/ 10 Punch Pass: $56.00

Aqua Therapy will benefit men & women who would like to use the water to strengthen injured muscles or exercise weak, arthritic joints. This program is held in the wave pool and excellent for people with a long term disability or those wanting to build strength before or after surgery. Participant information sheet to be completed with instructor.

Aqua Yoga

With aquatic yoga poses, the water can act as resistance, creating additional intensity or can support & keep the pressure off your joints; beneficial for arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, back problems and pregnant women.

Aqua Zumba®

This class follows the traditional Zumba® format of Latin dance moves done to upbeat, shimmy-inducing tunes, but it’s performed in the shallow end of a pool; a low-impact way to get in on the dance party!

Deepwater AquaFit

Increase cardio, core strength and endurance in this no-impact class held in deep water. Exceptional workout for your abdominal and back muscles.
